Made with the finest natural ingredients, these biscuits undergo a meticulous double-baking process to achieve their signature crispness. Available in multiple packaging sizes from 50 g to 1 kg, they offer an authentic taste experience that pairs perfectly with coffee or dessert.

Ingredients :

Whole wheat flour 35%, raw cane sugar, dark chocolate 20% ( sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin , natural vanilla extract ), fresh pasteurized eggs , butter , honey, salt, raising agent (ammonium bicarbonate), natural flavors.

Contains eggs, gluten, milk, and soy. May contain traces of nuts and sesame.

DUAL MANUAL/MECHANICAL CONTROL

During the product processing stage, the almonds undergo a double check: first mechanical and then manual, to ensure only the finest almonds are used. The computerized weighing and dosing system prevents errors in the recipe.

NO GMOs, NO ADDITIVES, PRESERVATIVES OR HYDROGENATED FATS

We use only the finest flours and check them at every delivery in our analysis laboratory. Our biscuits are free from GMOs, additives, preservatives, and hydrogenated fats.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

During the packaging phase, maximum attention is paid to temperature: the product is packaged only when, using electronic meters, we are certain that it will not be affected by sudden changes in temperature or humidity.
