It was 1974...

…when, for the first time, on the ground floor of an old building in the historic centre of Mombercelli, the smell of bread that invaded every alleyway started turning heads. A fragrance that, everywhere, reminded people of the desire to be at home together.

Today, the company has 4 factories in Italy with a production of about 80.000 tonnes per year, delivering its products to the main distribution channels: large-scale retail, the Discount channel and the catering and hospitality sector. Long-life breads are produced in Oricola (AQ). Alessandria specialises in the production of soft breads (loaves and bauletto bread), American Sandwich and the typical Turin stretched breadstick with the characteristic “pinched” end. The establishment in Mombercelli (AT) is dedicated to the production of frozen bread, Prato Sesia (NO) to the production of fresh breadround loaves and sliced bread. The establishments comply with all regulations and technical standards guaranteed with IFS, BRC, ICEA and RSPO certifications.
