Spicy Black Olives Agrestis are crafted exclusively from hand-selected Tonda Iblea olives harvested in late autumn. Preserved naturally in brine without additives or colorings, these olives offer a distinctive flavor profile marked by notes of tomato, thyme, and sage. Their firm, abundant pulp makes them ideal for enhancing aperitifs, complementing cured meats, cheeses, and grilled vegetables, or enriching a variety of culinary recipes with authentic Sicilian character.
